We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

365-Day Warranty

Tikool offers a 365-day warranty (from the day of receiving the products), covering clear defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Exchange & Return

Products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt if unsatisfactory. However, credit/refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed if the items expire during this period. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return for any reason, but please note that “exchange orders” cannot be exchanged or returned again.

If we make an error with your order, such as providing the wrong prescription or shipping the wrong items, we will supply a pre-paid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement, or a full refund.

If you accidentally make a mistake in your order, we regret that we cannot provide a prepaid shipping label, and you will need to handle the return shipping yourself.

  • For Credit or Refund: The original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable. The credit or refund (excluding the shipping fee) will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned package.
  • For Exchange: Once we receive your returned package, we will ship the replacement item(s). Please note that the price of the replacement item(s) must match the original item(s), and any price difference will need to be covered.

Order Modification/Cancellation

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. We can assist with changes such as updating the shipping address (excluding country), modifying the billing address, or combining orders for shipment, provided the request is made before the order is shipped. If the shipment process has already begun, direct modifications cannot be made. In such cases, you may cancel the order through our Customer Service Team and place a new order.

Additionally, if the items are already in the processing stage, please refer to the chart below for applicable processing fees associated with modification or cancellation requests.

Important Notice

About Return

1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only mail it to the address on the Return Shipping Label we provide or the address got from the Customer Service Department.

2. Please make sure you do not include non-Zeelool items by accident in your returned package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

3. After the return, please contact the Customer Service Department to provide the tracking number for the returned package so that we can proceed with the next step ASAP.

About Refund

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-7 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order.
